Enjoy working in the outdoors; this is the job for you! Guest service skills, lifting, working in a team atmosphere with a smile are required. Looking for high energy, customer service oriented individuals to assist guest in loading and unloading of the ski lifts, directions, and questions. The Snowmaking Supervisor will lead a team of 8-12 employees responsible for operations of water pumping systems, air compressors, valving, and snow production. Understanding and execution of production priorities and the ability to meet goals is a must. Maintain a safe working environment, train personnel and ensure proper procedures are followed. Communicate effectively with other Mountain Operations personnel and coordinate activities with other departments. A basic understanding of electrical and piping systems in order to troubleshoot independently. Welding skills and heavy equipment experience a plus. Inspect, repair, and maintain ski lifts in all mechanical aspects to provide guests with safe, comfortable, and convenient access to our trail system. Must be able to climb towers, work at heights for prolonged periods of time, withstand severe weather conditions, and lift up to 75 pounds.
