RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made by calling a Group Sales Representative at 1-888-SKI WILD x. 218 or by submitting a Group Request Form. When you call to book your package, the group sales department will inquire as to your group's needs once you arrive at Wildcat. When you call you should have a designated contact person for your group, an idea of approximately how many will be in your group, their ages, ski/snowboard abilities, and how many will want rental equipment and/or lessons. We will mail rental agreement forms to you in advance so that you may have the members of your group fill them out well in advance of your arrival. In that way, this will expedite time and signature issues and avoid last-minute questions during the early morning rush to the slopes! Skiers and snowboarders under the age of 18 require parental signature for all rental equipment. For your convenience, you can download and print the Minor Consent Form.

DEPOSIT
In order to accommodate the group reservation, we require a deposit of $100. This deposit is required at the time of booking and confirmation, and will be accepted in the form of cash, check or major credit card. The deposits should be mailed to Wildcat Mountain, P.O. Box R, Jackson, NH 03846

At least five days before your group is scheduled to arrive, your designated group leader should contact a Group Sales Representative at 1-888-SKI WILD x. 218 or by e-mail to confirm all of the final numbers, rentals and lesson needs. When you arrive at Wildcat the group leader should come to the Group Registration Desk in the Main Base Lodge to pick up your pre-printed tickets and vouchers. Once you have received your tickets and vouchers, one of our Mountain Hosts will join with your group in the bus unloading area and assist you from there.

BREAKFAST, LUNCH or APRES SKI
We are more than happy to provide you with these services through our Group Sales Department. Just let us know what you need, and we can arrange it for you.

PAYMENT
The group leader is responsible for collection of all monies from the group, and payment to the Group Sales department in the form of cash, check, or major credit card. Please make all checks payable to Wildcat Mountain Ski Area.
