Military Salute WeekendJanuary 25, 2014 - January 26, 2014
We will honor our nation’s defenders with FREE lift tickets for active duty, veteran and retired service men and women as well as discounted lift tickets ($45 All Ages) for active duty family members with ID* on January 25 and 26. While all events take place at Attitash, Wildcat Mountain, located in Pinkham Notch just 20 minutes from Attitash, will also be offering free lift tickets for active, veteran and retired service men and women on January 25 and 26.
The Attitash Grand Summit Hotel is offering a 20% discount on lodging to military personnel for the weekend. Call 888.554.1900 for reservations.

Saturday, January 25
All are welcome to take part in the special flag parade, led by an honor guard, which begins at the top of Attitash and concludes with the National Anthem at the base area at approximately 1 p.m. Après ski entertainment will take place in Ptarmigan's Pub from 3-6 p.m.
Sunday, January 26
Get ready for some fun competition on the slopes in the 4th Annual Battle of the Branches GS Race. Racers (including kids!) will select which branch they are representing and their points will go toward each branch to determine a winner.
Event dates and times are subject to change; weather/conditions permitting. *Active Duty personnel and must show their Common Access Card (CAC) or their DD Form 2ACT. Dependent family members of active duty personnel must show their DD Form 1173. Veterans must present their DD Form 214 and retired military personnel must show their DD Form 2RET. Please note, the family member/dependent discount is only available for active duty military personnel.
We're hosting a jib session on Saturday, November 29 of Thanksgiving weekend. We’re asking for three canned goods or $3 donation going toward a local food pantry. The ticket for the hike jib session will be separate from the ticket for lift-accessed terrain.
Know someone who should learn to ski or snowboard this season? We want to get them started, become their home mountain and share the Wildcat Mountain experience and it's FREE December 13 & 14!
Starting around dusk a torchlight parade will flow down Upper Wildcat and Bobcat.
A fun, free, February Vacation tradition for kids. Build your own “vessel” out of cardboard boxes and go head-to-head in a series of heats held at the base of Wildcat.
The one day a season we permit lunch tray luge at the mountain and another February Vacation tradition, test your speed on the “track” at the base of Wildcat in a series of head-to-head heats.
A charity event that supports Make-A-Wish of New Hampshire, challenges skiers/riders to log a total of 48 runs on the Lynx Trail to achieve 100,000 vertical feet over the course of the day, non-stop. Pre-registration required.
The pond skim is back at Wildcat Mountain and we'll be looking to celebrate the late spring tradition. Skim or swim, someone is getting wet!
