Full-time, Part-time and Seasonal Winter positions available:


Cook (Full Time Seasonal)
Full time cook needed. Experience is preferred, but will train the right person. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 40 pounds, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Will be required to work weekends, holidays and vacation weeks. Good customer service skills and a neat and clean appearance a must.
Dishwasher/Utility Person (Part Time Seasonal)
Looking for an individual to work in our cafeteria. Responsibilities will include washing dishes, cleaning food and beverage areas, sweeping/mopping floors, light food prep. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 40 pounds. Weekends, holidays and vacations a must.
Daycare (Part Time Seasonal)
Looking for people who love caring for children and playing in the snow. Will be required to teach some skiing to younger children. Must have good references and be able to work weekends and holidays.
Snowboard Instructors (Part Time Seasonal)
Mid-week (Thursday and Friday a must) and weekend snowboard instructors wanted. Hourly wage dependent upon experience. AASI certification a plus. Wait Staff (Part Time Seasonal)
Looking for outgoing individuals to wait tables in our full-service pub. Experience preferred. Must have the ability and be comfortable handling cash, making change and greeting every guest with a smile. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Snow Reporter
Must love to ski, snowboard, and/or telemark and be able to convey necessary information in an engaging manner and tone. Comfortable using various computer programs, including creating, saving, organizing files, email and familiarity with photography/video and social media is a plus. Candidates must have dependable vehicle, and be able to arrive to work very early in the morning in order to complete all initial snow reporting and messaging. Position is five days a week, but primarily part-time with an average shift being 4 – 6 hours per day. Longer days can be required when events or weather requires additional afternoon updates. Early mornings, reliable transportation and the ability to drive to Wildcat Mountain through any kind of weather and work weekends and holidays is required.
Ski Instructors

Carpenter/Building & Grounds Maintenance (Full Time Seasonal)
Seeking organized, detail orientated, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player to join the Building & Grounds Team for general building maintenance with carpentry skills. Must be able to work alone, operate basic hand and power tools, lift 75 pounds and have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. It will be necessary to work weekends and holidays. Benefits include food and retail discounts plus skiing/riding privileges at Wildcat Mountain and Attitash Mountain Resort.
Snowmaker (Full Time Seasonal)
If you like working outside, this is the job for you. Looking for an individual who is physically capable of walking mountain terrain and willing to work long hours and weeks snowmaking this winter. Must be able to work alone and as part of a team. Applicant will need appropriate waterproof clothing for working outdoors.
Snowsports Desk Person (Part Time Seasonal)
Looking for outgoing and friendly individual with computer and customer service skills. Ski industry knowledge a plus. Must be able to work Fridays (3:00 pm to 6:00 pm), Saturday and Sunday (8:00 am-6:00 pm) and 2 additional days during Christmas and Presidents Weeks (8:00 am-1:30 pm). Junior Seasonal Program Ski Instructor (Part Time Seasonal)
Experienced teacher needed for Wildcat’s Seasonal Program. Ski with the same group during Christmas vacation and Saturdays and Sundays beginning December 26th and ending March 1st. Pay rate dependent upon experience. Food and retail discounts plus skiing/riding privileges at Wildcat and Attitash. Busser/Dishwasher (Part Time Seasonal)
Individual needed to work weekends, holidays and vacation weeks in the Pub. Duties include bussing and wiping tables, washing dishes and stocking/re-stocking items as needed. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast paced environment. Looking for someone with good customer service skills and a neat and clean appearance.
Rental Technician (Full and Part Time Seasonal)
Getting guests ready to hit the slopes by having the proper equipment is essential to an enjoyable experience at Wildcat. As a Rental Technician, duties include but are not limited to fitting, issuing, and adjusting rental equipment for our guests. Prior experience necessary. Looking for individuals with strong customer service skills and a good understanding of computers. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
