The successful candidate will have previous lift maintenance and lift operations experience including: managing daily operations, scheduling and performing maintenance, basic electrical skill set, understanding of hydraulics, experience with fix grip lifts, detachable lifts and conveyors. This position requires working outside in all weather conditions and climbing lift towers of various heights.
Seeking an individual for general building maintenance with carpentry skills. 5 yrs. of carpentry experience preferred. Must be able to work alone, operate basic hand and power tools, lift 75#s, and have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Job may include janitorial and parking lot duties when necessary. Position requires weekend and holiday work. Immediate start date.
Individual needed to perform routine custodial duties: vacuuming, general cleaning, bathroom cleaning, trash removal and caring for and watering plants. This is a 20-30 hour per week position with a mid-June start date. Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work weekends and holidays.
Looking for a Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic with at least 3 years of experience in diesel engine repair, hydraulics and diagnostics on heavy equipment: groomers, excavators, dozers and diesel compressors used in construction and snowmaking. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, be able to work alone, and be motivated. This position requires weekend and holiday work through the winter season.
This position will require the person to work at and on mountainous terrain in various conditions 8 to 10 hours a day. Person must be organized, physically fit, able to lift 50-75lbs, carry a heavy pack and enjoy working hard in the outdoors on a daily basis. General knowledge and experience with simple hand tools, chainsaw, brush cutter, and other gas powered machines a must. This individual must follow instructions and work safely with and around other staff.
