Guest Service Representative do everything from selling tickets to assisting guests with a variety of needs. They are the direct liaisons to ensuring guests have a positive experience at Wildcat and should be service oriented with high energy. Experience in retail, hospitality or restaurant a plus. Looking for individuals with strong customer service skills and a good understanding of computers. Must have the ability and be comfortable handling cash, making change and greeting every guest with a smile. Must be willing to work every weekend and holidays.
Cashiers for Rental Shop and Cafeteria - Looking for individuals with customer service skills and an understanding of computers. Must have the ability and be comfortable handling cash, making change and greeting every guest with a smile. Rental Shop (Part Time Seasonal) – Will need to work every weekend and holiday weeks Cafeteria (Full Time Seasonal) – Must be available to work Saturday thru Wednesday
Full time cook needed. Experience is preferred, but will train the right person. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 40 pounds, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Will be required to work weekends, holidays and vacation weeks. Good customer service skills and a neat and clean appearance a must.
Looking for an individual to work in our cafeteria. Responsibilities will include washing dishes, cleaning food and beverage areas, sweeping/mopping floors, light food prep. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 40 pounds. Weekends, holidays and vacations a must.
Looking for people who love caring for children and playing in the snow. Will be required to teach some skiing to younger children. Must have good references and be able to work weekends and holidays.

Looking for outgoing individuals to wait tables in our full-service pub. Experience preferred. Must have the ability and be comfortable handling cash, making change and greeting every guest with a smile. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Must love to ski, snowboard, and/or telemark and be able to convey necessary information in an engaging manner and tone. Comfortable using various computer programs, including creating, saving, organizing files, email and familiarity with photography/video and social media is a plus. Candidates must have dependable vehicle, and be able to arrive to work very early in the morning in order to complete all initial snow reporting and messaging. Position is five days a week. Early mornings, reliable transportation and the ability to drive to Wildcat Mountain through any kind of weather and work weekends and holidays is required.
If you like working outside, this is the job for you. Looking for an individual who is physically capable of walking mountain terrain and willing to work long hours and weeks snowmaking this winter. Must be able to work alone and as part of a team. Applicant will need appropriate waterproof clothing for working outdoors.
Candidate will assist in the admin office with duties such as answering phones, preparing weekly forms, taking meeting minutes, mail processing, projects, etc. Must have valid driver’s license to run errands. Must be proficient in outlook, word and excel. The individual will also help out as needed in guest services selling tickets and assisting guests. Immediate opening to work 20+ hours/week until we open for the winter season and then approximately 40 hours/week. It will be necessary to work weekends and holidays.
Looking for parking attendants to direct and greet guests. Will be required to shovel snow. Must be willing to work weekends and holiday weeks.
Looking for hard working, dependable individual to dust, vacuum, mop floors, clean windows and restrooms and do all tasks associated with cleaning building and grounds. This is a day shift position. Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to interact well with the public.
Need a dependable individual to plow our parking lots during snow storms using a company pick up. Must have a valid driver’s license and experience plowing. Looking for someone who will be available on an as needed basis, work mostly overnight and work independently with minimal supervision.
Our Ski Patrollers have a passion for working outdoors and providing great guest service. Duties include promoting guest safety, assisting injured guests and administering first aid, setting up mountain safety equipment, and maintaining and checking trails. Minimum qualification is a WFR certification. EMT or OEC certification are preferable. Must be an expert skier or rider in all snow conditions and be able to lift up to 60 pounds regularly. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Enjoy working in the outdoors; this is the job for you! Guest service skills, lifting, working in a team atmosphere with a smile are required. Looking for high energy, customer service oriented individuals to assist guest in loading and unloading of the ski lifts, directions, and questions. Must be a least 18 years old, willing and able to climb ladders and remove snow. Other duties such as ticket scanning as assigned. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Looking for individuals who will be responsible for monitoring the compressors to our snowmaking system. Diesel mechanical skills preferred but will be willing to train the right person. Applicant must be willing to work long hours and weeks through the winter season. Candidate will need appropriate outdoor clothing.
Lift Supervisor (Full Time Seasonal) Looking for a lifts supervisor who has supervisory experience, basic lift knowledge and computer skills. The lift supervisor will oversee a staff of 15-20 people and will be responsible for creating schedules, training staff on proper procedures, and assisting with basic lift maintenance. Will be required to work outside in all weather conditions. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
